Employee Network Groups

Employee Network Groups (ENGs) are grassroots groups that organise to promote belonging and inclusion within the organisation. While the activities of these groups are driven by employees, they’re supported by leadership and provide our employees an “Opportunity to Have an Impact,” as noted in our people promises. Our ENGs cover multiple dimensions of diversity and are highly collaborative within the communities they serve and with their allies. ENGs are developed locally, with some being Global to the company, and are open to all employees.
